****************

Love Lost is the debut album of Polish composer and pianist, Michał Kmieciak.

Honesty of emotions, beauty, melancholy – these ideas are  clearly evident in the finished work.   A video,  based on a  Japanese legend, accompanies the first single release: Memory of Us. Love Lost includes 9 instrumental compositions, combining a broadly  classical approach with contemporary themes.

You can say that his music  is influenced by composers such as Ludovico Einaudi, Ólafur Arnalds,  Nils Frahm, Max Richter, Yiruma or Dustin O’Halloran.  “This album tells stories, which I probably wouldn’t have dared to tell otherwise” – says Michał. Love Lost incorporates subdued melodies, which contrast with more powerful and breakthrough moments.

The feelings  and emotions are expressed through piano sounds, mixed with strings and  ambient backgrounds. On stage Michał is accompanied by Dominika  Dołżyńska (violin) and Aleksandra Walczak (cello), who also assisted  him in recording Love Lost.

The album is available in digital form in all leading music platforms  (iTunes, Amazon). You can also listen it in all streaming services  (Spotify, Tidal, Deezer), and for free album is available also on  YouTube and on Soundcloud.
